Torsbo

This is the longest rock carving of a ship i Sweden - almost 4.5 metres ! It has a crew of 124 people - impressive, but very hard to capture.... I had to mount the camera on a tripod, which I held high above my head ( that's what I call high-tech ! ), watching the scene through the turnable screen, using the self-timer to shoot it. Enough of the tech-talk !

The light-conditions were not very favourable when I was there.... The Bjørnstad-ship is a little bit longer, but it was far easier to take a photo of that one, due to the fact that the Bjørnstad-rock is vertical, while this one is horizontal.
