Gunnarstorp

The first monuments that you'll see at Gunnarstorp are two stone circles and some standing stones. Then there's an impressive sun-wheel shaped grave, and several barrows and stonesettings, but they are hard to see in the vegetation.

The most impressive monument is the big Bronze Age cairn. The other monuments date from the Iron Age, but Gunnarstorp has been used as a burial place for more than 1000 years. The last monuments along the path are four damaged stone circles. If you'd leave the path and stroll around in the forest you may find more of the standing stones....
