Ingifastr had the stone cut in memory of Sigviðr, his father. He fell in Holmgarðr, the ship's leader with the seamen.

A runic inscription that is carved on a rock on a hillside that is quite steep. Very much unlike the previous one, which was raised on a place where people would pass regularly.
