Prästgården

Ásmundr and <e-iR>, Gyríðr's sons, placed the stone in memory of Sigulfr, their father, Sóti's brother. Ulfkell, of Lófi's retinue, cut the runes.

The placename "Prästgården" means Vicarage, but it's definitely a farm.... This stone is standing about 2,5 kilometres east of Alsike church. Normally a vicarage is placed much closer to the church, isn't it ? Or was there another church closer ?
