Ragnbjôrn had the stone raised in memory of his stepfather(?) Víghjalmr/Véhjalmr, and Fullugi(?) Freygeirr's(?) heir. Eysteinn.

I suppose that this rune stone is standing on its original site. There's a small lake south of the rune stone, and maybe also an early medieval road that passed it.
