Jelling

This is a part of what was once an enormous stone ship. Most of the stones are gone, but it is estimated to have been about 170 metres long. It continues into the mound in the background....

Then there are King Gorm and Queen Thyrve's mounds....
.... and two interesting rune stones. The left one say :
King Haraldr ordered this monument made in memory of Gormr, his father, and in memory of Þyrvé, his mother; that Haraldr who won for himself all of Denmark and Norway and made the Danes Christian.
DR 42, DR 41
The right one is a bit older ( one generation older.... ), and it says :
King Gormr made this monument in memory of Þyrvé, his wife, Denmark's salvation.
Take a closer look at DR 42 and DR 41....
This is a national monument and it's on UNESCO's list of World Heritage.
