Gålrum

Gålrum grave field is situated in Alskog parish, a few kilometers west of Ljugarn. Apart from the big Bronze Age cairn, there are also four Iron Age cairns, 8 stone ships, one picture stone with runes on it, and more than 100 barrows here.
The place was in use from about 1500 BC to the birth of Christ. The Bronze Age cairn is the one on the bottom left photo. It's four meters high and 30 meters across. The pictures on the picture stone has eroded away, but here's one with a similar shape.
