Mervalla

Sigríðr had this stone raised in memory of Sveinn, her husbandman. He often sailed a valued cargo-ship to Seimgalir, around Dómisnes.

Seimgalir and Dómisnes are situated in present day Latvia. Vikings often passed through there on their way to the Black Sea.
