Ingi(?) and Ketill(?) ... ... the stone in memory of Þegn, their good father. May God help.
Like Sö 34 and Sö 35, this rune stone was partly covered with clay and wrapped with a plastic cover, to suffocate the lichen. I'll return some other time to take new photos.
