This is my favourite of the all the high crosses. I guess it's the naive depictions that does it.... Just look at the Flight into Egypt on the bottom right photo.... or Daniel with seven lions, next to it.... on the same picture is Adam and Eve chewing apples.... and the sacrifice of Isaac.... lovely.
